Dr. Chiroma Laminu Rikochi is a distinguished public health scientist, educator, and philanthropist, whose life work has been dedicated to improving healthcare education and access across Nigeria and beyond. Born on February 2, 1993 in Rikochi Kubau LGA of Kaduna State. He has emerged as a powerful voice in public health, a torchbearer of academic innovation, and a compassionate leader committed to humanitarian service.

He founded Chiroma's Educational foundation (CEF) with focus to providing free education among less previllage childrens and individuals more especially female child students. Under the foundation he has for more than five years been awarding scholarship/sponsorship to 30 people annually.
